The welcome on arrival was perfect and service throughout our visit was excellent. Be aware that there are limited facilities, this is not a spa or gymn type hotel but if you are looking for a good sized room, easy access to London whilst keeping away from the main hustle and bustle, I would highly recommend this hotel."
