Wells-next-the-Sea is a very popular, year round holiday destination appealing to all ages. The town has a variety of independent shops, galleries, restaurants and cafes to browse and enjoy. The Quay is a great spot for a morning coffee to watch the world go by and see the tide and boats come and go. The Maltings - a fabulous arts and information centre with museum, pop-up gallery and theatre/film venue is a perfect option on a rainy day. Wells beach is renowned for its picturesque beach huts, pinewood walks and golden sands that stretch for miles and miles.
This property is also available as a sleeps eight option including three bedrooms on the first floor, listed as Seashells. As a low occupancy option only the ground floor will be available.

Two well-behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge). Dogs are not allowed upstairs, there is a fixed stair gate in place at the bottom of the stairs.
