I’ve used this place a few times, its location is great and it’s very modern, well decorated and comfy. The rooms are week done out and are equipped with fridges and microwaves and there’s a central kitchen with an oven and toaster and hob to use with a washer and dryer. It’s excellent and your minutes from Morrisons, Wetherspoons and the town centre and there’s free parking. It’s essentially a large house split into about 16 flats.

I strongly recommend it. Staffs r lovely n very helpful. D room very clean n d food so great.

We dined in the 1900 Restaurant in the evening - the food was presented well and was delicious. Service was great and the lighting and background music...

Shower isn’t powerful enough, but all was clean. Major tram works going on in Corporation Street, however requested a higher...
