We stayed here as we were going to Harry Potter Studios and this hotel was a convenient 12 minutes drive away. We arrived 30 minutes early exacting to wait for the room (check in at 2pm) but it was all ready for us which was great after a 4 hour drive, we could chill out sooner.
The room was a queen with a sofa bed, it was really nice, queen bed was extremely comfy, the sofa bed not so much but you would expect that, my 6yo thought it was great. The room was clean, the air con was outstanding, the shower was dreamy. Overall the room was better than I was expecting. The food was amazing, we had room service in the evening and breakfast in the morning, both were delicious. The staff are all friendly and helpful, I couldn't have been happier with my stay and would be going there if I ever need to stay that way again. 5* service, would recommend!
