A ruined stone structure with arches and a tall tower, reflecting in a calm body of water under a cloudy sky.

Top Wass Hotel Reviews

The Grand, York

The Grand, York

8/10 Good
"If you want a nice central stay, then this is one to consider. We had a couple of issues, which were resolved on the day. However, getting two bottles of sparkling water into the room seemed like a challenge, and being charged £16 for it felt like a lot, especially since they supplied only one bottle and charged for two, and the hotel already provides small bottles of still water. I was not expecting this to be charged, as I have experienced in other 5-star hotels."
