This hotel has everything you need to enjoy your stay. From food, casino, spa, shopping, lovely outdoor water and staff are lovely too. I usually come here to get a break and relax. The rooms are spacious and relaxing. I would say the parking for VIP needs alot of work and has gone up from £15.00 to £20.00. I have a disability and have to use it due to mobility issues. But if you use the casino or shopping or food, its £3.00 or free. So it doenst make sense. Apart from the parking in VIP...

Parking at NCP Birmingham High Street car park at discounted rate of £10.50, ensure you ask for exit ticket. Easy to find, clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was good. Complimentary Hot beverages throughout the day near reception. Kitchenette was handy and fridge was convenient. Downside was bathroom sink was slow to drain and waste hole was so dirty. Had a lovely stay. Very close to the Bullring for shopping, close to the O2 academy (walking distance to both), the room and whole hotel was lovely! Breakfast was also lovely. Staff were so kind, even got me a fan as I usually sleep with a fan on. Had a wonderful stay, thank you

This hotel is our regular stay when going to the theatre - close to theatre land and lots of restaurants nearby.

Beautiful city views, excellent facilities, clean tidy rooms. Only issue I have was the Smart TV was buggy and slow especially screen sharing, but everything else was perfect. I have stayed here twice in the past, and would again in future.

Good surves and hotel for your money highly recommend for short or even long stays..... Beds are very comfy to sleep and...... 😜 Try it and you will be experiencing the easy way of getting your room and when you need a extra night or more no swapping to another room perfectly I'm a easy sleeper from now on....!!

Great one night stay for a concert. Near the shops and plenty of places to eat. Staff friendly. Nice bar for a drink after travelling and easy for the train station. Would book again.

I stayed for one night. The check in and check out were super easy and everything was explained. The apartment had everything you needed. Ironing board and all. I have already booked my next stay as the location is next door to the Mailbox and a 5 minute walk from New Street.
