"We enjoyed our stay at the Melrose Mansion. We found a “period” property, that had about 14 rooms, located one block from the end of Bourbon Street. We felt safe walking to and from the property, and there were several restaurants within 1 or 2 blocks. The room was clean, quiet and a nice place to retreat. Though we didn’t use the pool, it looked inviting. I would stay here again."
