I was in NOLA for family reasons, and because of the comic and zine festival. The Inn on St. Ann was a cozy traditional old building, gently restored, not over-decorated; it provided a comfortable homey place to relax, and I felt safe there. The location was excellent. The staff of local people were wonderful.

Really, the Elevators are a problem. Even when I was there you can tell the elevators look from buildings from the 50s. They are disruptive with the rest of the hotel facilities. Room was great and everything else was great.
The hotel was extremely clean and very well kept! The staff was very accommodating and extremely friendly. We had issues with out flights out of NYC and they were able to accommodate and reimburse no questions asked for the night we missed as a result of our cancelled flights.
Would absolutely stay here again!
Great location! However rooms are small and ours had no window! Not good! Hotel staff made minimal effort to change our room. Eric the bellman is a great help for tourists with restaurant recommendations and directions! He should be promoted! Overall, it was a pretty good stay.
The Hotel was very close to Bourbon and Royal and a quick walk from Decatur.
We had breakfast in the cafe our first day it was excellent. The staff was very friendly, as was nearly everyone we met in New Orleans. The quiet courtyard in the hotel bar turned out to be one
of the most enchanting parts of a very a very enchanting city. Excellent value.
I can't begin to describe how outstanding and caring the staff were at the Hotel St. Pierre. I arrived on a Sunday, ate my first New Orleans meal and was sick for the next 2 and a half days while staying at the hotel. However, the staff supplied me with chicken noodle soup, crackers, upset stomach medicine, and to top it off, I received a new room with a balcony so as to get fresh air when I felt up to it. Hats off to the staff that made my stay enjoyable.
NIce hotel, very comfortable beds. Beautifully updated bathroom. Our room had a view of Canal St. Staff was friendly and helpful, had good recommendations for sights and meals. Only a block off Canal St and a block from Bourbon St, close enough to enjoy but not be disturbed. Absolutely would book there again.
We stayed for a night to check out the French quarter scene, very helpful front desk clerk and very close to walk, but far enough to quiet sleep when we got back. Small tiny room just right to get the new Orleans feel. We will stay here time and time again, but in an inner facing room for the privacy.

We wanted a boutique hotel in the quarter to provide an experience of being close to things. There is a great pastry shop, Croissant D'Or just down Ursuline . They have the best Croissant I have had outside of Paris. There is a nice neighborhood bar we sat and watched the Saints came in not too far away. Each evening after dinner we walked over to Frenchman street for live music and then didn't have far to walk home after. The hotel is unique and our room was nice. My only hesitatiion is about related to location to plug in my phone and ipad each evening. The plugs were not convenient except for in the bathroom.
With its mix of sacred and profane, the French Quarter defines laissez-faire. This 85-block area is home to Bourbon Street’s rowdy bars, as well as Royal Street’s upmarket antiques. The devil’s music—in the form of New Orleans jazz—thrives at Preservation Hall. Nearby, hymns accompany Mass at St. Louis Cathedral in Jackson Square. A block away, French Market vendors hawk foods and souvenirs.
