They said they would refund my money. The pictures that are on their website are DRASTICALLY different than the actual hotel. The owners of this hotel MUST spend money on fresh paint, new carpet, lightbuilbs in the elevator, etc. This is the first time ever of using Hotels.com where I felt I was deceived."
