"Loved this hotel! Such an iconic place to stay in New Orleans especially with all the history it has. Room service was impeccable and they replaced the toiletries and cleaned the carpet every day. Staff was also incredibly kind and the location is unbeatable. The only reason I am not giving it a 5 star rating is because the hotel room was outdated but I supposed someone else could see it as charming!"
