We stayed in Unit B and it was absolutely beautiful, clean, quiet and homely. The decorations were true to local culture and a nice touch, especially the beautiful mural on the living room wall. A QUICK walk to Louis Armstrong Park, Bourbon, Canal and the street car stop. We felt very safe and secure with the double gated key pad entrances and automatic walk way lights. We avoided the weekend to keep it family friendly. When we arrived, a music festival was right next to the accommodation, giving us a bad first impression. However, we passed through two gates to get to our locked door and felt way safer. We went inside, and were very impressed with the unit. It was exactly as shown on the advertisement. The next day, the festival was over and we were happy to realize that we were in a quiet neighborhood and everyone was quite friendly. It was very convenient to walk to every attraction we wanted to see in the French Quarter. The gas station across the street did have very good fried chicken, but the sandwiches were also tasty and inexpensive. There was room for our family of four and our dog with his crate. Overall, we were very satisfied and would recommend to the adventurous sort who are looking to experience New Orleans. ##### Holly A. This property was ideally situated to easily walk to Frenchman and Bourbon, and to get around the rest of the city. A few water leaks that we had to let the owners know about. House is right outside the French Quarter, but not on a great road. The noise of car racing and cars with loud music kept us up most nights. The gas station across the street didn’t help. Parking is bad and have to fight to find spots open on the street.
