Only drawback is the low water pressure in the tub/showers - takes a while to fill the tub. Otherwise the condo is very well decorated and owner goes the extra mile to provide necessities! ##### Ginger W. Nicely decorated. Two couples stayed and had a great time. It’s about a 15 minute walk to Jackson square and another 5 - 10 minutes to Bourbon st. Walking was through safe areas where we never felt threatened. I would definitely stay here again. ##### Paul J. Beautiful property and clean! A door on the upstairs bedroom would be helpful for noise. Blackout curtains or heavier blinds would be nice, or maybe some sleeping masks- it got bright early! The location was wonderful- close to everything but far enough away to be quiet, and we felt safe. We’d definitely stay again, we had a great time. ##### Brigette T. Stayed 3 nights in Nov 2019 ### 8/10 Good #### Jenny F. 9 Apr 2018 #### Beautiful apartment close to the quarter but away from the commotion. We enjoyed our stay. Access was easy to both the building and the apartment. The only downside was the exhaust fan from the restaurant below made a humming noise that kept our friends in the downstairs bedroom awake. The leasing company did say they would look into it but it wasn’t resolved during our stay. Other than that, the apartment was wonderful and the beds were incredibly comfortable. ##### Jenny F. Stayed 3 nights in Apr 2018 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Duane & Doty B., St. Leon 11 Dec 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Birthday trip. We were actually moved from our first location to another room because there was a water leak in roof. The condo was really cutely laid out and had lots of room for our party of three. It is closely located to all things. The windows in the front don't close all the way and had black mold at the seam and need to be cleaned, the washing machine stinks really bad and needs to cleaned out and the door needs to be left open so it doesn't smell like that. One recommendation would be to put box of tissue in the bathrooms, more towel racks to hang towels, put holders for three kitchen (there is none) and a few games or at least a deck of cards. Over all the place is great and we would stay here again. ##### Duane & Doty B. Stayed 4 nights in Jul 2019 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Nikeesha C. 27 Jul 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Anniversary Getaway The location of this condo is perfect. There is a parking garage right across the street from the building and it is right in the middle of everything but still far enough away from the loud night noise. It is 2 1/2 blocks away from canal street about a 3 min walk. Beautiful newly renovated space, everything looked brand new. Very clean and even provided laundry detergent, umbrellas, creamer along with the normal necessities. They were very accommodating and friendly. We originally weren’t sure if we were going to bring our dog and when we realized we might want to bring her and the condo we were staying in didn’t allow dogs they were willing to switch to a pet friendly space. We ended up not needing to switch because we didn’t bring her. They are very responsive and extremely accommodating. We ended up having to switch spaces because the 2 bedroom we were originally in had an upstairs but it was very hot up there so they switched us to a one level 2 bedroom condo that was just as nice as the first one. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone. ##### Nikeesha C. Stayed 3 nights in Jul 2023 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Matthew R. 4 Apr 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Birthday Celebration We decided to take a trip to New Orleans for a birthday. Our group consisted of 2 couples. We began searching for places months prior as there are many choices! Should we stay in the quarter or outside was the big question. We were more than happy with our decision to book this property. From the beginning, the management was more than helpful to answer any questions regarding the property, restaurant recommendations, what to pack for that time of year, parade schedules and the real time weather. The property is literally a two block walk to the quarter and the street car lines. We were happy with our choice once we were there as it is exponentially more quiet! From the airport, it was a quick 18 minute ride. The building is secured with 2 sturdy coded doors which was nice not having to carry a card or key around. Upon entry, the property was well cooled and immaculately clean! We got the sense that this is normal operations for this company, not just speed cleaned and sprayed with air fresheners to mask dirtiness. Once we got our bags down, we were completely comfortable and felt at home. The fridge was stocked with complimentary water bottles & Gatorade. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The rooms are split by two levels so privacy was never an issue. The living room was perfect after longs days of walking. The pics are accurate, the place is clean, convenient & comfortable and we would most definitely book again! ##### Matthew R.
