Ten adults can be accommodated in this 4-bed, 4-bath unit with a queen-sized pullout sofa in the living room. Each bedroom is en-suite with its own bathroom. The three bedrooms downstairs each include 1 bed - two are queens, and one is a king. The raised bedroom features a queen bed. The living/ dining/kitchen are “open floor plan style” designed for socializing and gathering Your spacious 1,500 sq ft. unit is stocked to meet all of your needs: \-Kitchen stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils \-Coffee maker, toaster, and blender \-Shower amenities, laundry detergent, and dishwashing detergent are provided \-Extras of anything are always available – no need to worry about running out of fresh towels Your stay is designed to be luxurious, relaxing, and hotel-style: no need to worry about stripping beds, taking out trash, or any other cleaning tasks upon check-out! If you are flying in and thinking about renting a car, we recommend skipping the rental! Our six-day stay at The Natchez was fabulous! Eight of us had plenty of space with the four bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms. The balconies were a definite bonus, as were the cabanas out by the pool. Sandy at the front desk was especially helpful and made sure we wanted for nothing. The facility was modern and beautiful, and the location was ideal for our plans, which ranged from the French Quarter to the Garden District and the WWII Museum. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or to recommend it to others. If we had to nitpick, the only minor drawback was that the hot tubs were never actually hot despite the staff’s attempts to fix them. Hardly a dealbreaker, though. ##### Catherine L. Staying at The Natchez definitely played an essential role in the success of our mother/daughter trip! From the moment we got there, the front desk staff was very welcoming, helpful and informative (personal shoutout to Josiah). There basically was someone at the front desk at all times of day, which was comforting to know in case of emergency, as well as it being convenient for minor things, such as needing more towels. The space itself was very clean, modern, well organized and presentable- making it apparent that they were intentional about wanting it to feel like a home away from home. A personal favorite of ours, is that there are thermostats in each room in the condo to adjust the temperature to the liking of whomever resided in that bedroom. Additionally, a trip to the first floor for a nice, complimentary hot cup of coffee or tea in the mornings was definitely a plus. The location to anything in the CBD, French Quarter, Warehouse District or Garden District is great. The unit is perfect for a family or other group. We were a good of 10 adults and we had plenty of room. It is just like the pictures. It was close to everything in the French Quarter & the WWII museum. The staff was great!!! Check in was easy.
