The manager was going to refund my stay but never heard from them. Leaving me to have to spend more time dealing with it. My own complaint was the front desk lady who checked us in was very rude and put me in a room with a king bed. When I went down to tell her I had booked two double beds she said they were all out and could bring me a cot. When I refused this she all of a sudden found another room to move me to. She was very rude about the entire situation and it wasn’t the best way to start a vacation. However everything about this hotel was great and I don’t think this is a reflection of the entire team.
