The staff is outstanding. Everyone was there because of so many cancelled flights. The staff was so friendly and compassionate, handing out extra cookies and waters and bending over backwards to accommodate everyone’s needs. The rooms are a little outdated and basic, but very clean. The breakfast is not included as I thought, but that was an oversight on my part.
