However, before our arrival I had about 10 different emails asking for everything from copy of drivers license's, for both myself and my guest, and all types of verifications and offers to "check in early" for about $50\. It was intrusive and borderd on obnoxious. I felt like I was being interigated by the police and was guilty of someting. The location is great for Frenchman Street but across from the hotel is a bar and empty building which seemed to be a hangout for homeless and drug addicts (we walked by a guy shooting up). The front attendant desk was always there 24/7 and super friendly and helpful. I stayed there a whole week and I really can’t say enough great things about the property and service. If there is any down sides it’s that the hot tub was pretty chilly and it can get loud outside, it’s a busy happening nightlife area so it’s out of their control but they did a great job of mitigating the noise with noise machines in the room and ear plugs if needed. My room was right off the street and I didn’t lose any sleep. Property was safe and secure and I’ll never stay anywhere else.
