The room was spacious and clean, the mobile app support is great. The price is great for what I needed. Only problem in the room was the water pressure of the shower faucet; outside the elevator’s “ding” of the floor is very loud you can hear it in your room Otherwise I really like my stay. I paid for the room in January of 2026\. Long story short I had to spend $597 to get another room. So I’m in the car all this time talking to all these different people with customer service. Mind you I go to the property at :250pm and didn’t find another room til right at 10pm. The customer service needs work and their should’ve someone to trouble these issues immediately. I’m a 56 year old disable women the lupus, sjogrens, sick a cell, aniexty, panic attacks and c-pap machine just to name a few. They charged us an “incidental deposit” at check in (even though no one is actually there so there is no check I ) and did not inform us and then said they refunded the money but they never actually did.
