New Orleans Hotel Guide - 3 star hotels in French Quarter, New Orleans

This hotel is very charming and the staff are incredibly nice and helpful. Location is perfect!

We stayed here on a Friday night and had the 1 bedroom handicapped room by the pool. We had no problems with noise. The room was basic. The facility is great about stashing your luggage before and after check-in so that you can enjoy the FQ while you wait. Staff gave us a call when the room was ready for check in. Very easy to wait inside in the AC looking out the window to wait for the Airport Taxi, rather than on the hot street. There is free access to a PC to print boarding tickets.

The room was very spacious and looked to be recently remodeled with beautiful marble floors. Unlike most hotel rooms electrical plugs for charging phones and other devices we very easy to get to and plentiful. The hotel staff we very helpful and kept bright and cheerful attitudes every time we saw them. The complimentary breakfast was also above what was expected with all the normal breakfast items from a hotel but eggs, bacon, sausage and fresh fruit were also available.

Problem was that dining tended to be expensive as not all food to our taste. Walkable to most areas if mobile

Very friendly staff. Room quiet in a beautiful garden setting away from the street noise but needed upkeep...air conditioner literally falling apart and struggled to keep room cool. Hot water sporadic in shower.

Bus stop is only steps away on Rampart, and Jackson Square is only 5 or 6 blocks in the other direction.
