A charming, spotless, lovely boutique hotel with some service issues. Well-located, in the fine Garden District of old homes yet just a block from the old-style streetcar that goes right to the French Quarter. The neighborhood is walkable and bikable too, for those not wanting to abuse New Orleans with more cars. As a small hotel there is no restaurant. The continental breakfast is a single muffin, and there is no laundry service, nor could the staff recommend one. The room has no iron, quite a complication with a suitcase full of wrinkled clothes. There were issues with our extended reservation, some poor communication among staff.
