Every was great especially with climate control ac in room last time we didnt have this option 4yrs ago. Staff was very helpful and loved the tiki bar downstairs. Will stay here again and again.

Beautiful place. Everything was well taken cared of and very clean. Staff is top notch and is walking distance from everything. I definitely would recommend others to stay here. If I’m back in New Orleans I know where to stay now.

Hotel is a great location. Our room was fine but had no window, which is good/bad. Bathroom was small but clean. The elevator has no ac so a short ride is fine but hope you don’t have to stay on it long.

Bienville is old and charming and you get what comes with that. Everything feels a little worn down but it’s still lovely and has been kept up well. This hotel is definitely in the French quarter and feels like that. You will hear the noise of the street goings on at night and you step right out into a busy street. It was very convenient to get wherever we wanted to go in the French quarter for sure. If you want to be in the French quarter but not right in the commotion, it’s the perfect spot. The hotel is beautiful and small and simple. Staff was medium attentive, amenities were minimal. Asthetic was lovely.

The bathroom was nice and updated. The staff was exceptionally friendly. Only complaint is our shower was only stocked with conditioner when we arrived, then after it was cleaned replaced with only shampoo. Simple mistake and not a big deal, just worth noting. Upgraded to room with balcony, overlooked the courtyard/pool. The location was perfect for walking to dinners, shopping, river walk, and only a few blocks from Bourbon St. We would stay here again, thank you!

We stayed 1 night. Staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The entrance to the property was well maintained and clean. We chose to use the velvet parking. Well priced. The gentleman that helped us with that were extremely helpful. Lobby was beautiful! We interacted with two front desk staff. Both of them were knowledgeable and made check in smooth and fast. Our room was on the third floor. Beautiful . Bed was soft and firm. Had plenty of pillows. Very clean. Bathroom and shower was clean. Overall it was wonderful! Would definitely recommend! Side note: there is a fire station next door. Which if you aren’t use to such things could effect your stay.

The best hotel we have stayed in. Decor beautiful, room clean, quiet. Location perfect. Walking distance to most everything we were going to. Best of all- Malany(sorry about spelling)at the front desk- a beautiful soul- full of smiles. Extremely helpful- arranged a perfect driver for us as we had forgot to book a rental- and there were none to be found. She also w as helpful when we wanted to book again(but they are all booked for November dates already). We will absolutely call her for other dates. She also prayed over my husband before his powerlifting meet. That was special. The restaurant/bar was really fun. The coffee bar in the morning was really appreciated,

This was our second stay at Bienville. The staff were amazing. Friendly and helpful. The room and hotel in general were clean enough. The interior could use a little refreshing. They offer housekeeping on request now which is fine but one suggestion would be to leave more than one towel per person in the bathroom to start. The only deterrent for us considering another stay would be the outside noise. Our room was right on the street and it was incredibly loud every night. But, it is NOLA, so loud is also part of the experience. We do like the location: close to the Quarter without being right in the center of it, close to some great restaurants, easy walking to Canal.

This place is beautiful and the staff is amazing. I stayed in the king suit saloon with a private balcony and it was amazing. Great decor and location. I wish I could retire here. Can’t wait to come back.
