"Curtains look like coffee stains on them as well as some spots in the floor. Room was stinky, but other than that it was okay."

"Absolutely loved our stay! The hotel foyer was welcoming and smelled fresh and clean. The hotel, has that old vibe but is quite deceiving, as everything is newer and well kept. The additional elevator security ensured that not just anyone could enter the accommodation halls! The staff were all friendly and very accommodating. We had stayed at several different hotels in that area from the Hyatt and Marriott and definitely will return to the Royal Sonesta! "

"Loved everything from our check in to our valet Mckenzy. So close to everything with a beautiful view that I just couldn’t believe. They have turtles in the swimming area, beautiful & chic luxury vibes all the way. We were so close, that we were able to return home all day multiple times with no trouble. We didn’t even have to use any taxi service! 15 min walk from Jackson Square, beautiful scenic views. I just couldn’t get enough! 5 stars all the way."
