"Clean fresh and well presented .
Good value for money.
Check is was on a screen from the street which was strange.
After 5 mins of putting all my details in I managed to check in and the door to go inside opened.
The guy behind the desk said I could have just pressed the buzzer and come inside to check in. So note this for when you do check in during normal hours.
Rooms were clean modern / new and comfortable.
Road outside was noisy but that’s just London. "
"The hotel was quiet considering its location, the rooms were nice & beds were comfortable. Nice breakfast included..
only thing I would say is that the rooms were very hot & we couldn’t lower the temperature below 19, we couldn’t have the air con on at night or window open as it would have kept the children awake..
Also, could have done with extra pillows- only 1 each provided- we did ask for another or a harder pillow but were told no.. "
