"On arrival staff were very professional, we arrived early and could park and return later, no trouble at all. On site parking is very important and was safe and reasonably priced. The room was basic but very clean and tidy And all we required. All staff I encountered were very professional and polite, nothing too much trouble. The breakfast was all we required, cereal, fruit yoghurt etc full english, toast etc. The best thing about breakfast for me was that unlike other hotels we have stayed at , tea or coffee are brought to your table by the very helpful staff and toast is already made, no queueing by the toaster or tea machine, take note other hotels, There are gym facilities, and a very good swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi . We would not hesitate to return as the hotel, staff parking and location were exactly what we wanted. Well done Mill Spa Hotel."

"The Raddison Red is perfect for your travels by train. Right beside the Lime street terminal. It's very clean and comfortable. Our room was well appointed even if a little on the small side. The food, dinner & breakfast were good."
