"We have been going to the Norbrek Castle Hotel for years and have always had a great time. Was shocked to see so few guests, as considering the size of the hotel it looks like it has been upgraded. The staff are lovely and bend over backwards to help make our stay the best it can be. The food is reasonably priced and there is plenty of choice and well cooked and presented. Come on everyone, the Hotel is just across from the fabulous Blackpool beach. There’s a tram virtually outside the front door that takes you from one end of the beautiful front to the other, there’s even a tram that takes you right to the train station. You can buy a week or a 3 day tram ticket which you can also use the bus with. There is parking for your car in the huge car park and there is entertainment every night plus a cinema and a swimming pool. You really don’t want to see this wonderful hotel closing down, what a tragedy that would be!!"

"The lady manager greeted us on arrival, she was very friendly and helpful and bubbly which made a difference to our stay it mad us feel welcome, the only thing was there wasn't always someone on reception. The restaurant was nice but wasn't keen on the very large thick cut chips which were under cooked. And I'm not sure if the person serving us was a man or a woman...he spoke and looked like a man but had a dress on!!! Although he/she was pleasant and helpful serving us, but I think he'd been better wareing trousers as the young girl waitresses did."

"The property is a lovely place that has kept its unique original features. The Victorian facades and interior are refreshingly maintained. The staff are all very welcoming and genuinely friendly. Well located in a rural spot but 5 minutes walk into town, via the sea front promenade."

"Stayed 2 nights. All of the staff were really friendly and helpful. Ate there 2 nights and food was great. Free on site parking, lovely lounge to sit in, games room and small pool. Would love to stay here again."
