"Big house with great sized rooms and plenty space for our 15 adults and 5 children. Hot tub was great. Living space/bar area very roomy and open. The owners were very flexible with the Sunday checkout times which was nice of them. The kitchen is a professional kitchen (for the weekday BnB purpose I guess) so not quite the social space that you're used to in a more traditional house. "Had a great long weekend at the property. Had loads of stuff there to use the kitchen to its full potential. Was lovely and warm and everyone had plenty of space in the accommodation. We were able to celebrate Christmas with my mum who is going to Guatemala next month and won’t be there. A few tiny tweaks will make this a perfect let but already great as it is."

"The property was very clean, warm and comfortable. The top bedroom, which was in the attic was well appointed but our group felt it might not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. I was able to contact the owners easily and they responded to my requests for extra crockery promptly. The property was in a quiet area but still very convenient for the train station and the city centre which was about a 10 minute walk away. "Where do i start. Vendor failed to notify us of access code. No communicarion what so ever. Contacted you guys and you could only do the same as me which was to try reach out to the vendor. I had never heard of VRBO before and i will most definantely not be using you again. Why would you let vendors like this smear your name . Lost 176 as couldnt get in the building ! "
