"Nice clean property full of students"

"Excellent studio apartment overlooking a busy square just 2 roads back from the esplanade. Big bathroom with hot shower, small kitchen but more than adequate to make tea and coffee and store my wine and orange juice! The bed was so comfy and big with large tv on wall opposite letting us watch Netflix in bed. Electronic lock to front door and door into the apartment meant I didn’t have to look after a key either. One extra valued facility is the washing machine and dryer in the basement for guest...

"I really don't have the words. have stayed in many places in Alicante but this is definitely my top 1. The location is great. You can be on the beach, eateries, supermarket, boulevard in no time. The apartments are great. I had an apartment with 2 bedrooms, so it was very spacious. A rear and front balcony. You could use the washing machine and dryer. And not to forget Rocio, you are truly an example to others of how to deal with guests. Thanks for everything!"

"Roomy apartment very close to the beach. Unfortunately, the air conditioner didn’t work well and opening the windows resulted in a lot of mosquito bites. Don’t expect to get a good nights rest here."

"Overall it was a good stay. The check in was quick and friendly and the parking cost was good and plentiful. The wifi was OK and the amenities were good. The mattresses were too soft for my liking and the decor was OK for the price. The small restaurant was very handy."

Our stay was comfortable but there were some leaks in the sink and shower, and the Air Conditioner leaked condensation no matter what temperature we put it at. "This apartment was so comfortable. It had everything we needed for the month of our stay. I really liked the location as it was away from the noise of tourists but easily walkable to places to visit or to take metro and bus to further places. So many places to grab a meal within a couple blocks, including a bakery, supermarket, public swimming pool, and for a great massage."

We were in this location for almost 6 weeks and found there is lots of opportunity to enjoy the beach, only 3 blocks away, as well as travel to many interesting locations within a 100 km radius. The shopping is great, including the Friday market, and the restaurants are frequent and very good. We did find the furniture to be lacking in comfort both in the living room and outside. "We had a lovely stay here for a week over Easter with our 2 children 12 & 15. Apartment is a little outdated, but that is typical of Torrevieja and reflected in the price. The photos do not do it justice - it is actually over 3 floors with 2 small balcony's and a roof terrace! Very good location, right near Playa de Locos beach and multiple restaurants and supermarkets. A fair 15+ min walk to the Centro zone with more beaches and restaurant options. Apartment has everything you can think of...

"This property was perfect location adjactent to but not in tourest areas. We loved the area with local markets, shops & restaurants all nearby. We purchased the multi modal transportation card and used the bus across the street as well as metro two streets east. We also enjoyed the velinsibsi bike use with stations one street north."
