The location is amazing. You can walk or use public transit to everything. The hotel itself offers basic things. A Safe, electric adapters , garage and a good Breakfast. No frills. Beds are good and Comfy. Clean! Just what we need. The price is always good.

Great location walking distance to city center and steps away from "the river" with running & bike trails, soccer fields and other activities. Clean rooms, very friendly staff, bilingual receptionists, continental breakfast with tasty food and coffee. Hotel and rooms are a little dated, so no safe box, mini fridge or coffee maker in the room, but well maintained and taken care of. Overall very positive experience in always sunny Valencia.

Within walking distance of old city- central market, cathedral square, etc. Turia park outside door. Lovely for walking . Continental breakfast - a very good deal for the money. Fresh fruit and fresh dates a treat. Front desk staff and breakfast staff friendly and very efficient.

Functional but comfortable hotel
This is a business hotel with all the advantages and disadvantages that go with this. Positives: large, well equipped and comfortable room and bathroom; modern decor; close to public transport (facing the linear park in the bed of the diverted River Turia). Less good: no 'ambience' and not in a picturesque corner of Valencia; a busy dual carriageway runs along one side (but rooms are well soundproofed). Although it is not close to the railway station it is right next door to the bus station.
