"This was the perfect place for friends and family to celebrate my son's graduation from Clemson Univ. The house is very nice and the owner has thought of everything....well equipped kitchen, plenty of bath towels, extra blankets, and tons of games in the downstairs rec room. Plenty to do outside too if you like to paddleboard or kayak, Or just enjoy the fantastic views from the upper deck! Highly recommend."

"The location of this property is beautiful. Nestled on a wooded lot. Very private and beautiful. There is so much potential in this property. The only downsides were certain areas could have used a little TLC. The upstairs deck was not to code and it was missing a picket in the rail system that someone could have easily fallen through. "Cute little pods that overlook the Saluda. Exactly as described. Bathrooms were a short walk away, and the area was well lit at night. Katie was quick to respond to any questions. Had a really good time hiking in the area and relaxing by the river. Perfect little getaway. I would say the only con is that this particular pod was basically right next to the road/bridge, so the traffic got a little noisy at times, but it wasn't anything I couldn't tune out. "Charming & quaint. The Marigold River pod was 1 of 4 pods next to the Little Saluda River and woods. It was magical with the rippling sound of the river, the constant chirping of birds, and a turtle swimming downstream with the water current. An unexpected joy was the ability to open one side of the pod and have a full side view of the river and woods. Perfect for an afternoon siesta!
