"I always do my research when booking rooms. The pictures were decent, the reviews were more than decent so imagine my surprise when I pulled up to check in. This place is older, breaking down, in a questionable area with people appearing to be engaged in suspicious activity outside in the parking lot. All other places were fully booked so I decided to check in - this process was fine, the staff was fine, just doing their job. But I get to my room and the musty smells gets me instantly, triggering my asthma. The toilet didn’t flush well, nothing is updated. Just not a good pick. Won’t stay here again. I am just relieved my car wasn’t broken into or stolen."

"We had to cut our trip short because the friends we were visiting became ill. Expedia refused to give us the refund, even though we checked out on time, stating that the hotel staff would not respond to their calls. The hotel staff informed me that Expedia would call and put them on hold then disconnect the call every time. Pretty shady. I am disappointed that we could not get any refund at all even though we bought the insurance."

"Less than stellar. I requested late check out when I checked in, was never told that it would be extra at the late check in kiosk, only to be told abruptly the day of check out that we would not be able to have late check out because they 'were fully booked'. Bed was very uncomfortable & there was noise day & night. No Do Not Disturb sign to be found so housekeeping startled my dog & received a complaint gor her barking."

"Breakfast was ok. Didn’t look like the room had been vacuumed/swept very well. Staff was nice. Older building but nice. "

"Room was nice and the bed comfortable. The under window air unit was very loud and old. Staff were friendly and professional especially Mildred in the dining room for breakfast. Breakfast was very good and freshly cooked to order. Afain, Mildred is fantastic! "

"Solid hotel experience for the money. Front desk staff was helpful and efficient. Clean rooms, comfy bed, and strong water pressure in the shower. The hotel structure itself is a bit outdated, but did not detract from the stay."

"I expected much more, the hotel is older. I had to put down a cash deposit which was weird to me. It felt like the carpet in the room was damp. I expected much more for the the cost. I moved to another hotel."
