One block off Main Street which opens up tons of options for coffee shops, dining, shopping, recreation and sight-seeing. The parking is stressful as it is also a public lot and there is not a guarantee of a spot even if you have a pre-paid parking pass. The check-in process was extremely difficult. I couldn't finish checkin as requested from the original email and had to spend 30 minutes on the phone with them to complete that process and gain access to the building. Then my code to my room did not work, which prompted another call. Then I had to follow a third link to pay for parking. I do not like staying somewhere that does not have staff on site.
