The check-in process was seamless and straightforward, which made arriving stress-free. I also appreciated how easy it was to access customer service whenever I needed assistance. The space itself was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. However, one downside was the noise early in the morning. Around 5:00 a.m., I was awakened by what sounded like furniture being moved around in the unit above, along with quite a bit of bumping and rumbling. Unfortunately, that disrupted my sleep. Aside from the early morning noise, everything else about the stay was enjoyable. One block off Main Street which opens up tons of options for coffee shops, dining, shopping, recreation and sight-seeing. The parking is stressful as it is also a public lot and there is not a guarantee of a spot even if you have a pre-paid parking pass. Then my code to my room did not work, which prompted another call. Then I had to follow a third link to pay for parking. I do not like staying somewhere that does not have staff on site.
