It’s a beautiful space in a great location, and we really enjoyed being right in downtown Greenville.That said, we did have a few stressful hiccups. Upon arrival, the bathroom toilet tank plumbing split during the first use and sprayed water everywhere. The bathroom flooded, and we had to use many towels to soak it up. My husband, daughter, and I were caught in the chaos and got completely soaked. To management’s credit, Garrett responded quickly and had a plumber out within a couple of hours to make the repair.As far as noise — yes, it’s the downtown bar area, and we expected some. Thursday, Friday and Sunday were fine, just the usual bar let-out sounds. Saturday night, however, was extreme. From 1:30–3:30am the street was packed with people partying loudly. Eight Harleys parked directly beneath the living room window revved nonstop for hours while blasting music. Police eventually arrived around 3am with sirens and loudspeakers to disperse the crowd. It may have been an unusual night, but it was very disruptive.In addition, the extra bed was missing proper bedding — no pillows and no fresh blanket were provided, which made it difficult to use. ##### Leanne W. Definitely use the sound machine they supply because it can be a little loud at night. Overall, loved our stay! The loft was clean and in good order as advertised. The check in process is smooth and simple with BNB’s guest portal. For those of you that are coming for the first time to Greenville, the parking garage recommended for this unit is safe and extremely close to the loft. There were a couple cosmetic items inside the unit that needed repair. The ceiling in the entryway is peeling and ceiling in the bathroom could use some basic maintenance. These were minor and didn’t negatively impact our experience. Overall, Trio Loft was in the perfect spot for the wonderful downtown experience that Greenville offers. ##### Ryan M. However, i would note several things. The listing says a 5th person could sleep comfortably on the couch. Where in the world do guests 3 and 4 sleep? There is one bed and one couch. The bathroom is at best, compact. There is no way 5 or even 3 people could share the bathroom. Also, the shower grout is either old or dirty. Somewhat off putting. Also, we aware of the noise! The businesses around him have pounding noises day and night. They also have their trash dumpsters at the entry. Again, knowing this, I would stay here again. Owners responded quickly to all texts. It was perfect for us. We were able to walk to our grandson's graduation and to the restaurants on Main Street. Parking in the garage was very convenient. Vic's Pizza is now Windy City Burgers. Step of the landing and your in the heart of the city! Walking distance to everything. Spent raining New Years day relaxing on the leather sofa watching all the games on the big screen! And enjoyed the weekend dipping in and out of all the cool restaurants and bars Greenville has to offer. Landon was prompt any time we had a question. Great place! You can walk to just about anything and it’s very easy to get to. Parking is just a short walk. Noise is just as everyone else describes it so I won’t go into detail. The apartment was very comfortable and great space. The little issues we had were communicated easily and they were very understanding. This place puts you right in the heart of downtown! You can park your car and never have to drive it again if you don’t want to. All the restaurants, shops, coffee shops are all within walking distance. If you want the best place to experience and explore Greenville, we highly recommend. ##### Zackery S. The location could not be better. Downtown Greenville has so many great restaurants, shops, etc. Great for a three night stay. The parking garage that is close is just a short walk and not very expensive. The bed and couches were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was nice. We ate all of our meals out so we didn’t have a need to cook there. There is a CVS a block away if you forget anything. The noise thing (which the homeowners are very upfront with) is no joke but the sound machine in the bedroom helps a ton. We had one night with two grown men having a loud political argument outside the window at 2:45 AM but other than that we slept peacefully with the sound machine. The only other thing I would note is that the TV situation is a little odd. Cable is connected to the living room tv and a Roku is connected to the bedroom tv. The bedroom Roku remote had no batteries but I just used the phone app. I brought my Roku from home to hook to the living room tv and that was no problem. Seemingly no cable was hooked to the tv in the bedroom, just Roku. Seems like a situation that might be a little harder to navigate for less techie people. Overall, we absolutely loved the loft and our spring break trip to Greenville! It was all amazing and we highly recommend it! ##### Julianne F.
