Guests have private use of the entire single-level home, deck and yard. Entry is by a unique keyless code sent through the booking platform before arrival.

The home is in an established residential Greenville neighborhood. Use the listing map to confirm the location and plan each drive on your itinerary.



Getting Around:

Off-street driveway parking is provided. Rideshare may be available, but no pickup time or exact drive time is promised; check the listing map and your preferred navigation app.

Trash comes on Tuesday's, so if you are staying with us please pull the trash around. It would help us so much! Thank you!



Our standard cleaning fee covers routine turnover after normal use. If the home is left in a condition that requires additional deep cleaning beyond our standard service, an extra cleaning fee of $150 will be charged to the card on file.



For guests bringing pets, a non-refundable pet fee of $100 per stay applies. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking and approved prior to arrival.
