"Staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms were very spacious, grounds were lovely. We stayed after shopping at lakeside and the night before visiting the Excel so convenient. Would highly recommend."

However there was food left in the fridge from the previous guests the toilet was leaking the towels where dirty and had stains, the TV remote was filthy and the the TV did not work. All channels where showing no signal.
The bed was reasonable and the ac worked okay.
