Very helpful staff. Lots of places to eat nearby. Big car park. Very clean and spacious rooms. Good choice of breakfast. The only drawback was the noise from outside until 3am.

Nice and easy to get too lots of things to do around the area downside big club across the road so alot of bass music going through the building but it's not that bad if you have earplugs .. I stayed on the weekend so during the week I think would be ok

It was perfectly adequate. The big plus was the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. Wonderful. The downside was receiving an email the day before our reservation saying unless we were essential workers or travelling on business, our booking could not be honoured. We were attending a funeral so I rang to clarify but your rep couldn’t get through to the hotel reception (too busy). He doubted we would be turned away but wasn’t sure. I therefore spent the day at the funeral/wake with the niggling thought we might have nowhere to stay that night which was somewhat distressing. When we arrived the receptionist said it must have been an old message still on the system which is what I had been hoping. Can’t say it often enough, reception, bar and breakfast room staff were Fantastic and a credit to your brand!
