Tiny Shower Room with cracked damp stained ceiling.Tiny Wardrobe,dirty dusty windowsill. This "Hotel" is permanently occupied by 2 Residents. Owner was friendly enough."

"The room was a great size and very comfortable. The chair for the desk wasn't too comfortable to work in for a long time, but it did for what I needed. The bathroom was great. I love that it was a shower and a wet room rather than a bath. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The staff in the breakfast room were really really cheerful and friendly. The only downside I would say is they had a leak outside the front which didn't smell very nice, so it's not a great first impression as you walk through the door. But other than that, I had a really lovely stay. It was really comfortable and a really great value, in walking distance from Newcastle, which is where my event was and all the fringe events and eateries."
