" Yes there were shops nearby plenty of pubs Hotel was pet friendly at an extra cost. We booked in but had to complain about our room and straight away the receptionist found another room. It was nice and would definitely be using it agai"

"Stayed for few nights for my birthday, hotel is in a great position for visiting the Castle, the marina and local shops as well as pubs/restaurants. The bed was the most comfortable we've slept in, room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was a little disappointing hence giving the hotel a 4 star. Had a very long wait and had to cancel the order. It wasnt busy enough to warrant the delay. "

"Parking is plentiful and safe, the staff are helpful, pleasant and professional. Room was clean modern and comfortable. Not a lot around such as shops but beautiful scenery. The hotel has a great bar and restaurant . "

"Our room had a side view of the promenade/beach which we knew before we stayed, next time we will book earlier to obtain a room with a sea view, the room was spotless-thank you to the lady who looked after it. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. We had no cpmplaints whatsoever."

"Booking in was very easy you book in yourself it very easy to do also could have gone to reception if needed. Approached by a very friendly member of staff if we needed help, informed of breakfast times and when the bar was open till. Rooms were lovely and clean. Special touch of a bag of 2p’s to go and spend at the arcades to relive our child hood memories very lovely touch. Definitely recommend this hotel and will return. "
