A very rare review – but our stay at Y Capel was absolutely faultless. Although a remote annexe of The Erskine Arms (on the same small street, opposite Erskine Arms) it is absolutely beautiful. Attention to detail, everything was spotlessly clean. Good shower, nice towels. Refreshments in room.Friendly hosts. Lovely breakfast, cooked to perfection. Bar if you fancy a tipple. My only slight negative was lack of blackout blinds or drapes, was awake very early as the room was flooded with light. But everything else spit on. Thank you Diane & Chris.

Perfect hotel for few nights away. Nice sized room, has everything you need, comfy bed, tv. WiFi is provided. decent sized bathroom, owner / staff was really friendly would highly recommend. Literally 2 minute walk to beach. Was nice to sit out in the evening. Can’t really complain.

Our stay was excellent, clean & very comfortable room, Nigel and Kath were very nice host nothing was to much trouble for them if you needed anything. We stayed a couple of nights to have a break and see the sights and experience what Llandudno has to offer these days. It's therefore very helpful that the owners are approachable and knowledgeable of the attractions, restaurants and parking. You can also sense from all the small touches to the facilities, breakfast etc that the owners are personally involved and dedicated to ensuring your stay is one you will appreciate.

A weekend break to the sea side resort, nice to be in a different area , making the most of the fresh air , plenty of that on a gusty day . Llandudno has a lot to see and weather makes it better, just Saturday parking is difficult. Plenty of variety for evening meals too.

Booked this last minute and were so happy we did. Location is magnificent and with views to die for. We stayed in the cottage which was just perfect for us. Had a fully equipped kitchen that we did not use as we were only for only one night but perfect for anyone staying longer and with small children We chose to eat dinner in the restaurant and are real foodies and love fine dining. Little disappointed with the overall experience. Food prep and quality could be stepped up a notch. ...

We (2 couples) stayed in Ty'n Rhos Country House for the Easter weekend and decided to also stay for dinner 2 out of 3 nights. We were amazed by the comfort, service, and quality. The location was great, an easy drive to the nearby castles, Snowdon railway, and other historical sites. We took the train from London to Bangor and hired a car there. On our arrival we had a very friendly welcome from Fiona. Our room was very clean and comfortable with a well stocked tea tray. Breakfast was very well cooked with quality products and nothing was too much trouble for Paul who was very attentive. We would definitely recommend the Hilary and book again whenever we visit Llandudno. Thank you, Fiona &Paul.

The self check-in was flawless. The room was clean and well laid out. The beds were very comfy and the breakfast was delivered to our room right on time and was freshly prepared. The guest house is in a great location to explore Snowdonia, highly recommended place to stay!
