My time at Irie Tulum was absolutely amazing! The atmosphere was beautiful, peaceful, and welcoming, and the staff made us feel right at home throughout our stay. The location was perfect for enjoying everything Tulum has to offer, while still giving us a relaxing place to come back to. I truly enjoyed the hospitality, great energy, and unforgettable experience. I would definitely recommend Irie Tulum to anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to returning in the future!

The staff was amazing, the front desk helped with booking excursions, massages, and private chefs. We did the panoramic suite and it was big, comfy, and fun. We had our own rooftop pool and 3 king bedrooms/3 full bathrooms. Had a great on site restaurant and bar. Really nice gym. Elevator was available and some of the staff spoke English for us that need it. Only slight negatives where the nearby surroundings where not great to look at and the water would, at times, smell bad so we would have to let it run. Like most places, no hot water. A/C had to run nonstop to keep cool.

Really nice place in a quiet location. Rooms were modern and really nicely decorated. It was very tranquil (despite the construction). Lovely little street with restaurants and cafes about 10-15 mins walk away and some other places were even closer. Only spent a couple of nights here but could’ve happily stayed longer. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff was very helpful, accommodating and polite, the food in the hotel was very good and reasonably priced. Being able to rent bikes/scooters/ATVs directly from the hotel was reasonably priced and helpful. Location is enough removed from Tulum center to be more quiet but also convenient/accessible. Only real negative is the construction that was constantly ongoing throughout our stay.

The staff was incredibly helpful and exceptional. Without them, Irie wouldn’t be here. The bald-headed gentleman, in particular—there are no words to describe how sweet and wonderful he is! He consistently checked in on us to ensure we were doing well. Even during the crazier moments, they made sure we felt safe. Thank you all for making my husband’s and my experience in Tulum so amazing. We would definitely come back! 😊🤗

I never asked the guy name but he was bald headed and light skin, very nice guy!!! He was very informative and polite. Also the food here is really good but the portion was a bit small. The hot water don’t get as hot but it get warm. But other than that, this place was nice and cute.

Not only was the property outstanding, but the staff at the front desk made all the difference. They offered amazing suggestions over and over for local activities, shops, dining, activities, etc that I would have never knew existed. They were truly the key and the result was an amazing trip.

We were very happy with our stay here at Irie! It was myself my husband and kids ages 10 and 13. The hotel was clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. Cecelia and Xiemena were super nice and informative they helped us book Xel-Há and atv’s to rent.
