"Everything was a 10/10 from start to finish. From booking spa reservations on the website before our trip, to arriving and being handed cold towels, our bags being collected & a delicious drink handed to us during check in was wonderful. Our concierge host, Zuleima was amazing! She was very attentive, answered all of our requests quickly and just went above & beyond for anything we needed. We missed the mixology class one night & she offered to have the cocktails & ingredients brought to our room so we could mix them ourselves. Such a cool, thoughtful idea I would have never thought to ask for! I was celebrating my babymoon & she provided us with some very sweet little touches like flowers upon arrival, sweet chocolates every day & little notes of encouragement throughout the trip. Truly made me feel special and cared for! The service throughout the resort was so wonderful. Everyone was very kind, respectful and beyond helpful. Many calling us by our names and remembering us throughout the resort. If you asked your server at dinner, which two entrées to choose from, they always ended up bringing you both to try. Everyone made us feel like we were the only people in the room & that was so special. Beds were very comfy, room was always clean, fridge was always stocked. Definitely a 5-star resort for not 5-star pricing."

"The staff was excellent and specially our butler for room service Eric and Cielo went out of their way to make our Anniversary special and sweet 16 of our Niece. The best was they were stationed near our building all day and were very helpful in arranging our dinner reservations at the restaurants. With just text message they were available to help us every time we needed them. Room service and food was good. Plenty of choices. Only the beach had sea weed but they do their best to clear as much as possible."

"The property was great and clean, and the staff were amazing, except for our personal concierge, Alfredo. He didn't help with my grandson's birthday reservation or getting balloons and a cake (we told him we were there for my grandsons 1st birthday and would definitely pay for the items and assistance). Once we told him that we didn't want to attend the free massage, which wasn't free until you went to the hotel seminar, his whole demeanor changed, and he became very cold. Our second concierge, JHARYS (WHO ALFREDO SAID SHE OVER SALL 400 GUEST AND SHE COULDN'T DO MUCH FOR US BECAUSE SHE WAS TO BUSY ACTUALLY CAME THROUGH BUT WISH WE HAD MEET HER PRIOR TO THE BIRTHDAY LET DOWN) friendly, made things happen that Alfredo said couldn't and took that bitter taste out of our mouths, making the trip 100% better. A Big Thank You Jhary ;hopefully, the hotel knows, that your a good employee and an even Better Person!!!"

"The rooms were clean, and the staff was very accommodating. The food was hit or miss, with some meals being better than others. One of the biggest drawbacks was the pool design. The pool was about 5’3” deep throughout, which made getting drinks from the poolside bars inconvenient. Instead of being able to walk up to the bar, you basically had to swim over. Once you got a drink, it was difficult to swim away while holding it, so most people ended up staying around the bar area. This caused the pool bars to be consistently overcrowded."

"I booked the Seaside honeymoon swim-up suite but unfortunately maintenance was being performed and we were moved to Seaside Palms swim-up luxury suite. Although I didn’t have the ocean view for my husband’s surprise 50th birthday trip we still had a great trip. Room was very clean, restaurants were nice and the grounds were well maintained. Anytime we walked the property the staff on golf carts offered rides, (Victor was amazing) and Antonio kept our room spotless daily. Had a great trip"

"Loved the hotel. My room had a swim up (given an upgrade because of Expedia ). I wish the food was better. I would say it’s 7/10. Other things I saw was that the rest of the hotel is ok the older side. But it’s ok. The family selection side is great. Loved how they have lots of things for the kids in the pool. Also wanted to mention that not a the gifts on the picture shown my Expedia is right it’s only 3 kids gifts per kids not all of them. They also have a kids club. Did not like the price on bowling $10 for 5 min . Wish they had more staff for check in & check out. I do want to thank my butlers(Ana , Luis & Max) they help me with the amenities in the room for the kids example shampoo for lil kids & toothpaste & toothbrush . Always asking if I needed something.They always made sure I was good. I recommend getting the Family Selection side. Loved the lil gifts they left in the room with a note. Thanks Ana,Luis & Max."

"Everything was perfect. We loved the location and the quiet jungle surrounding us. The house and pool area were kept spotlessly clean by Christina and Juan. Adults and kids alike enjoyed the pool. Our communication with the property manager was excellent. He responded immediately to our questions. We would definitely recommend Casa la Via!"
