"The only negative for this hotel is the lack of car park. Other than that, it’s everything you need. Clean, tidy, modern and well equipped. The staff are friendly and within walking distance are so many shops, bars and eateries. Appeared family friendly too. "

"Lovely quality hotel with great attentive staff. Easy walking distance into Bath. So great location. The pool and spa area is looking a little tired. Some of the mosaic tiles are missing around the outside pool and because of this my hair was pulled a bit when it got caught in one of the gaps. Would be good if this is looked into "

"Great value for money located right in the city centre. The staff throughout the stay were all fantastic- both friendly and professional. The room itself was a junior suite, I was unsure about not having a window, but the room was so quiet and comfortable we slept well. Lovely shower, toiletries and drink making facilities - very nice to have oat milk sachets. Breakfast was ideal, nice healthy options and drinks included. Overall very impressed and will definitely stay again. "
