"The house itself was loveley. Very clean and comfortable, and within a short walking distance of Windermere town centre. Ample parking for two cars. However, the house is located in a rather run down area of the town, next to a park where youths gathered in the evening. On two seperate evenings the house was pelted with eggs, and on one occasion an egg was thrown into the house through the open patio doors. "Lovely cottage and the house was really nice and very clean and well equippped. Slight downside the wifi code we were sent was the wrong code, 2/3 phone calls later we we4e given the same code however after advice we found the wifi code ( for any readfing this it was under the router) this was much later in the evening which meant we couldnt watch sky go till late in the evening (as we couldnt get the tv on which is our fault as were not very techno) would stay here again though now we now...
