We are dog friendly and a few minutes walk from the shops, pubs, bars and cafes of Windermere and only 15 minutes from tourist hotspot of Bowness. A perfect house for families or friends, looking for a warm and welcoming place to stay, full of character but with all the amenities you would hope for in the heart of the stunning English Lakes. A three bedroom property with a fully equipped kitchen, sitting room, dining room, two bathrooms and an additional toilet. You'll have a welcome pack when you arrive with Border biscuits and tea, coffee and milk, including a few coffee pods for the L'Or Barista Coffee pod machine. 100% cotton bedding and towels for all bedrooms, with an additional pull out bed or cot available upon request. We’re in a lovely quiet side street in Windermere, so no ‘party’ groups please! We're just a few minutes walk from both the shops, cafes and restaurants of Windermere Town and not much further to access the Lake, via Bowness and all the attractions. A fantastic location and base for exploring the Lakes. Windermere has great transport links with a regular direct train service (5-10min walk) running to and from Manchester airport or to Oxenholme where you can link into the Aviva West Coast mainline.
