"Su Casa is a great apartment properry in Hanoi. It has a great location, very attentive staff, clean, spacious rooms, fast WiFI, and a nice roofdeck lounging area. The breakfast isn't from the building but very generous. Try their rice noodle soup, I regretted not having it every day and everything is very clean and AC stays on even when you leave the room. Maybe not eco-friendly but it's essential to survive the heat in town all year round. The Spa is not in the European style.You have to remeber.. it is Vietnan."

Everyone was warm, friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The breakfast staff were wonderful and made every morning feel special. The spa was fantastic and so relaxing, and the bellboys were always helpful and welcoming with a smile. From beginning to end, every detail was wonderful. We truly felt cared for and welcomed. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!"
