The breakfast is good in this hotel and this hotel is nearby to all the food places and is walkable distance to the Train Street and water puppets show. The rooftop bar is under construction atm so expected to have some building work noise. Overall this is a good hotel to stay in.

The staff were amazing! The lady that checked us in took so much time to show us everything and helped us getting sorted. They all went above and beyond. The buffet breakfast was also incredible! So many options and so fresh and tasty!

Great hotel, excellent location - all of old town within walking distance. Hotel is very clean and the staff are excellent. We didn't have dinner but the breakfast buffet had a good selection and was tasty. Nothing negative to say about it, definitely recommend!

Stayed at Champton Hanoi and had a pretty good time! The breakfast buffet was awesome, rooms were comfy. But, the pool was under renovation, and we heard drilling sounds above our room on the first day – a heads-up would’ve been nice. They should offer an accommodation coupon or something as compensation. Also, more drinking water in the room would be great.

Small terrace area on the roof with swimming pool. Great breakfast on the top floor. Some renovations are happening at the hotel but it didn’t disturb me. The room was excellent clean and efficient. Very comfortable bed the staff for fabulous.
