"Fantastic location and the staff are so so so helpful. I tried to book a massage and they didn’t have room so (Ann) offered me an alternative at a sister hotel and even arranged a little bike ride there…! It was such an experience to ride the in the busy Hanoi streets which was a bonus. The next day I gave some honest feedback about the hotel as the shower drained a bit slow and did overflow in the bathroom and (May) arranged a free car ride to the airport which was so unexpected and very appreciated. The location and staff are excellent and in this area it is a very good quality option if you are in Hanoi and want to be between the old and French quarter where it’s close to where the attractions and great shopping and restaurants are…!"

The service is exceptional and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The location is phenomenal to explore the Old Quarter -- very walkable, yet quiet at the same time. "Adequate breakfast "

"We booked this hotel because it was the only one we found with reviews saying it was quiet. All other hotels had complaints of street noise. To our amazement, it was very quiet even though our room faced the street. The street in front of the hotel is bustling with action but it's mostly pedestrian which keep the car/scooter noise way down. The room was clean and had a few niceties and quirks worth mentioning. The air conditioner did a fantastic job of cooling the room but could also be because the room was small. Either way, the temperature was very comfortable. The refrigerator was the best one of all of our hotel stays in Vietnam. We like to buy beers at convenience stores and drink them in the room at the end of the day. This fridge was big and cold! The shower was mix of great and not so great. The water pressure was strong and the water was hot. But the shower only had a short glass wall to keep the water from splashing outside. It clearly had a bar for a shower curtain but didn't. I've seen a similar shower in Australia so i think it's meant this way. Even carefully showering results in a wet floor outside the shower. Also, the shower slippers provided looked gross so we didnt use. The included breakfast was a simple buffet but you could 1 order hot item (omelet, pho). It wasn't as skimpy as other reviews claimed. But the downside was the buffet is down the street at a partner hotel. So a bit inconvenient when raining. Overall a good stay with quiet sleep."

"Very nice and beautiful hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom with soaking tub was luxurious. With 2 kids, I greatly appreciated the powerful hairdryer in the room!! The complimentary breakfast buffet had delicious food (the pho bo was delicious) with fresh juice and fresh fruits. The staff were very generous. Huge thank you to General Manager Thomas and staff Aiden for their generosity and kindness during our stay. Hope to stay here again!!!"

"The property was beyond our expectations. Staff went out of their way to make our stay more comfortable. Their restaurant was superb and the breakfast spread was top notch. Jimmi, the receptionist very efficiently organised transport to Sapa for us at the last minute...a big shout out for all the staff especially Jimmi and Alex. Would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anybody looking for a place in Hanoi Old Quarters. Great location...great food...great staff...great rooms...what more can one ask for!"
