The staff are lovely and so helpful and accommodating. Trang took the best care of us. She really wanted us to enjoy our stay and time in Hanoi. The hotel is recently renovated with really nice spacious rooms and excellent sound proofing. It’s a great location for walking around the old quarter. The hotel is newly renovated which is super clean and comfortable. What I loved the most is the staff, Thomas and Bé Trang, who offered us the services beyond expectations. I would stay in the place if I ever come back to Ha Noi. Already missed them and Ha Noi. The space was much larger then anticipated. We were given the penthouse apartment and there is no elevator to this floor. But other floors are easily accessible by elevator.
