You get a beautiful view from almost all locations. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I didn't eat at all of the restaurants but the pizza at Il Forno was good. As were the drinks! I would have liked to see a few Mexican options on the menu, but, I could have ventured around the property to a different restaurant if it was really an issue. It was low season, but they seemed fully staffed and everything was open. The only comment I have is that I waited over an hour for help with my luggage on check out, despite making several calls. I had given myself plenty of time for the airport, but that could have been an issue for someone on a tighter schedule.

Room mattress was as hard as a rock, ask to change never happened, sodas , beer , in cans can be colder, service excellent, best food is at the main pool, caution, no safety cal osha here, some safety fences guard rails metal & wood rotten don’t lean on , some drain covers rotten leg ,foot could fall in, bare wires electrical boxes hanging out , found a few, poor lighting at night be careful walking around, watch out for speeding shuttle golf carts , great food good service I will be back, very over priced steak house Quivira at the golf course, food just ok , not worth the price stay at the resort, also all inclusive not 100% there you pay half out of pocket there

We’ve been to PBR twice and love this resort. The location is perfect, the beach is swimmable and the views are amazing. Food is good even though they could vary the selections a little more. Service is great. My only complaint is they really need new beach loungers. They are very uncomfortable because of the bars underneath and the fabric is so worn out that there is no support so you feel the bars on your body all day long!!
