Careless front desk staff, requested room cleaning for 2 days in the row early in the morning , came back around 5pm and nothing was done, after speaking to property management 3rd time I was told they have high demand and I have to get in line in order to get it cleaned and this is for $475 per night . Additionally their understanding of ocean view is misleading and misrepresented, don’t really expect a good ocean view, just a pool side and a little bit of ocean, overall this was my first and the last time traveling to Cabo

We were celebrating our anniversary. Resort was amazing. Views are breathtaking. The room was nice. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Lots of pools and pool chairs. Didn’t feel overcrowded. We were not able to swim at the ocean. We were here in August. Due to strong currents and waves. I feel like the advertising should say “swimmable beach during so and so months”. The swimmable beach was the main reason we booked this resort and it was a big disappointment not to be able to swim at the ocean. We also had the last two nights people at the bar were very loud and screaming. I felt like the people at the front desk didn’t give us a good explanation where everything is and how to find places and where to sign up for activities. Overall we had an amazing time and hopefully will be back!

Our stay at Las Ventanas was one of the best luxury experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every detail was flawless. The service was truly exceptional—honestly a 20/10. Every member of the staff made us feel genuinely cared for, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. We felt treated like royalty throughout our stay. The resort itself is incredibly private, peaceful, and stunningly beautiful. The atmosphere is elegant without feeling pretentious, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Every corner of the property is immaculate, and the attention to detail is second to none. If you’re looking for true luxury, privacy, and world-class hospitality, Las Ventanas exceeds every expectation. We can’t wait to return.
