Couldn’t have been better, Christian and staff made us feel like we were home.

I am so glad I found this hotel. I highly recommend and will def stay here during my future visits to Paris. Everything was perfect. The property is within walking distance from the Louvre museum with tons of restaurants nearby. Galleria Lafayette was a 7 minute walk. The property is clean, safe and quiet. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Beautiful hotel. The room itself was spacious. Everything you need. Merci beaucoup. À la prochaine fois que je serai à Paris.

This hotel is one of a kind. Great location, clean, unbelievable service, and just wonderful employees in general. They were very communicative ahead of time as they potentially were going to be dealing with construction while we were there (there ended up not being). I also planned to propose to my girlfriend on this trip while we were in Paris, and they helped make the moment very special when we arrived to our room. They went over and above for us, and made our trip one that is memorable for the rest of our lives. I could not recommend the staff here and hotel in general enough. Highly highly recommend!

5min walk to shopping areas and plenty of good restaurants. Hotel breakfast is simple, healthy and repetitive, room is clean and bed is comfortable. Eiffel tower view from room is not clear. Hotel is kind to prepare a birthday cake and balloon for wife birthday. Overall is a pleasant stay.

Love everything about this place-room quality,service and location. Didn't buy breakfast because I'm a light eater and there were high quality cheaper options nearby.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay, though there were a couple of areas that could use improvement. The A/C in our room never cooled properly. We appreciated the front desk trying to help by adjusting the temperature, but unfortunately, the room remained uncomfortably warm throughout our three-night stay. Thankfully, I had brought a small fan, which provided some relief. Breakfast was also disappointing, especially considering the price. By around 9:30 a.m., several of the hot items were already gone or running low, with limited staff available to request replenishment. The scrambled eggs were particularly unappealing—they were soggy with an unusual texture and did not taste freshly prepared. For the price of the breakfast, we expected better quality, selection, and presentation. At checkout, a staff member asked how our stay had been. When I mentioned our disappointment with the A/C, I was surprised by the rather indifferent response. A simple acknowledgment or expression of concern would have been appreciated, especially since the issue affected our comfort for all three nights. Aside from these concerns, our stay was pleasant. With some improvements to the A/C, breakfast service, and how guest concerns are addressed, the overall experience could be much better.
