Cabo Real Holidays from £299

Pase 5 noches espectaculares con mi familia, habitacion en la primera linea de playa con una vista increible, la alberca del hotel bien grande y limpia y lo mejor simpre de Mexico su servicio, desde la señora de la limpieza hasta los que atienden en los restaurantes y la alberca, es mi segunda vez en Cabo y a pesar de que la primera vez fue especial, debo decir que esta vez fue definitivamente increible.

Upon checking in, we were greeted with such amazing hospitality. Our friends and I had booked separately and were offered a joint room to all stay together. It was the beginning of a wonderful week in Cabo. The golf course is immaculate and the facilities are top notch. 100% reccommend

Weak drinks and a lack of activities forced us to take some excursions to have some fun. Wait staff and housekeepers were excellent but bartenders were not, even though they were getting tips! Drinks were watered down to cut costs. Food options are interesting with the ice cream shop closing daily at 5:00pm, a Starbucks shop that no one uses due to extra charges, no sandwich options past 5:00pm unless you use room service… the property is dated and showing its age. The pools were is dire need of water as the infinity pools were a foot under filled. Pool and beach chairs are limited so if you are not present before 9:00am, you won’t get a chair. The pool bar is very small and doesn’t open until 11:00am and closes by 6:00pm, so again, options are limited.

The scenery was beautiful and the weather was good, so our group arrived with great excitement, but the fountain at the entrance gate was broken, and in one bedroom, water was dripping from the bathroom ceiling and the floor was soaking wet, and the floor had not been cleaned, so it was dirty with grime, and there were no towels in the bathroom except for shampoo. I think they are very lax in their management.
